I am opposed to the use of chemicals in the garden, but when you see how most of the crop perishes from the attack of various insects, mites and fungus, then you think about the fact that in the spring, when the snow just melts, use some strong means need to.

Before the fruits begin to pour, these funds will be washed out of the soil or disintegrated into their constituent parts, and will not cause harm. Of course, we are talking about drugs of a small degree of danger. I try not to use dangerous drugs at all at any time of the year.

What I bought for the 2021 season

I'll tell you about all the purchases and how I plan to apply them.

1. Whitewashing for garden trees. This is a common slaked lime, a concentrate that is diluted with water and applied to trees. But I do not just whitewash the trees, but mix lime with a small amount of copper sulfate.

2. Copper sulfate is an excellent fungicide and protector of fruit trees. It is dissolved in hot water and used as a blue solution. To do this, dissolve 100 g of copper sulfate in 1 liter of hot water and dilute with cold water to 5 liters. You can then add to the whitewash, or simply spray the trees in early spring.

3. Boric acid. Boron is necessary for plants as a trace element involved in metabolic processes and protein synthesis. If there is not enough boron, the plants suffer seriously, do not develop, the leaves acquire a reddish tint and dry out. Therefore, in greenhouses, before planting, I without fail spill the ridges with a solution of boric acid - 0.2 grams per 1 liter of water, or 1.6 grams per bucket.

It is a completely irreplaceable remedy for garden ants. Boric acid powder is able to get rid of this scourge in a greenhouse in several applications.

4. Fitosporin. Also an irreplaceable antifungal agent. It is especially needed on tomatoes to avoid late blight.

For the prevention of scab and black leg, I water cabbage seedlings at the root.

Cucumbers suffer from powdery mildew - and phytosporin will help here.

Of the flowers, roses often suffer from fungus, I water them with a solution according to the instructions several times per season.

5. Biotlin. I buy especially for roses, from aphids. And for the thrips lilies. I do not use it on plants that we use for food. A very dangerous drug.

6. Fitoverm. If it really becomes bad, then I use this drug on currants from aphids, on cabbage from fleas. But only at the beginning of summer. This is a biological product, it is considered not dangerous. But I don’t want to risk it. This is the only thing that I take for vegetables and berries, it acts quickly.

7. Spark. I spray the fruit trees over the buds. It is very effective against the moth and flower beetle, weevil. That is, at the very beginning of summer, when there are still 3 months before the fruit, this drug can be used.

These are my purchases. A whole package of all kinds of drugs, but most of them are fertilizers and biologicals.
