The season of summer cottages and outdoor recreation has started, which means that exciting country trips await you. It would seem that the road beyond the metropolis is straight and flat, and apart from the fine for speeding, there is nothing special to get. But no, there are typical suburban fines that can ruin a weekend. What - read on.

You can't drive up to the water

For this, not only traffic police officers, but also representatives of Rybnadzor can be fined. And this applies not only to fishermen, but also to those wishing to go to the beach by car. The Water Code prohibits the movement and parking of vehicles in the water protection zone. You can only travel by car near water bodies on asphalt roads. You can leave a vehicle by a river or lake only in specialized parking lots with a hard surface. An exception is specialized transport, to which a private passenger car has nothing to do. Simply put: there is no asphalt - walk to the reservoir!

How to determine the boundary of a water protection zone

Each type of reservoir has its own boundaries:

• for a stream, river, lake and reservoir up to 10 km long - 50 meters from the water;
• for the same category of reservoirs, but with a length of 10 to 50 km - 100 meters;
• reservoirs with a length of 500 km - 200 meters;
• for the sea - 500 meters.

Leaving the car by the reservoir within these limits, you can run into a fine, amounting to:

• 3-4.5 thous. rubles for ordinary citizens or individuals;
• from an official will be charged from 8 to 12 thousand, and from a legal entity - 200-400 thousand native rubles.

Transportation of oversized items

What do we usually take to the dacha? Anything from seedlings and seedling boxes to furniture and building materials! Sometimes a passenger car is packed so that the driver cannot see anything. So no one forbids to carry bulky goods - the main thing is that the rules of transportation are not violated.

According to the traffic rules, the transportation of cargo can be carried out only if it does not obstruct the view and does not complicate the control of the vehicle; does not affect the stability of the vehicle; does not cover headlights and reflectors; does not make noise, does not generate dust, does not pollute the roadway. Oversized cargo should not extend beyond the vehicle by more than 1 meter in front and behind, and not more than 40 centimeters on the sides. The driver must see and hear everything, and the car must move steadily!

In case of violation of the rules for the carriage of goods by car, the driver will be punished for 500 rubles in accordance with Article 12.21 of the Administrative Code. If the cargo hides the state registration number of the vehicle, then part 1 of Article 12.2 (unreadable numbers) will be added, according to which an additional 500 rubles will be added to the already existing fine.

Waste transportation and disposal

In out-of-town trips, we carry not only cargo for various purposes, but also garbage. Some, not very conscientious citizens try to get rid of garbage in places that are not intended for this: on the sides of country roads or in other secluded places. If you get caught in this dirty business, you will have to pay 2 thousand rubles. An individual entrepreneur will pay 5 thousand rubles for a garbage dump, and a legal entity will give 100 thousand! This is spelled out in 8.1 of the Administrative Code.

Incineration of the removed garbage will not solve the problem, but will only add another 3000 rubles to the fine. This is specified in 20.4 of the Administrative Code. But for the cigarette butts, bottles and bags thrown out of the car window, the Federal Law does not provide for punishment, but local authorities can be fined for this. Lack of desire to approach the ballot box is punishable in some regions by fines ranging from 5 to 10 thousand rubles.

Tightening the rules for crossing a railway crossing

Be careful when crossing railway tracks! Legislators have already passed the amendments, they are only waiting for the president's signature.

If earlier the exit to a railway crossing with a closed or closing barrier, as well as a red signal traffic light was punishable by deprivation of rights for three months and a fine of 1 thousand rubles, then there will be 5,000 rubles without the right to discount for 20 days. And also you cannot open the barrier yourself. The fine for this was 1,000 rubles, and will rise to 5,000.
