Spied on a simple way to tie bushes. Now I am doing it in a new way (the bushes do not fall apart and the berry does not rot)
Almost everyone who has a piece of land grows not only vegetables, but also bushes of black, red currants, apple trees, grapes, etc.
In order for the harvest to be plentiful, to have large and whole berries, it is necessary to take care of the garter of the bushes in advance.
Bushes require support in order to care, pick berries, and prune. The berries will not rot and spoil when they come into contact with the ground. And it's much easier to assemble - you don't have to bend low.
What is not used to support currant bushes! Sometimes I watch videos on the Internet and am amazed at the ingenuity of people. Someone makes a fence (supports) from PVC pipes. Supports such as a constructor can be easily assembled. The pipe can even be bent into a ring. Such supports are suitable for raspberry and currant bushes. You can easily connect even without a soldering iron or self-tapping screws. Just hammer in a piece of wood and connect. Put on the tees in advance and attach the legs to them.
Shrub props used to be made of wooden pegs. In order for the structure to be reliable and durable, the legs should be deepened by 30 cm. into the ground.
Someone is cooking metal supports. Can be welded from fittings. This is the most reliable and durable fence.
Enterprising summer residents find old bicycle wheels (rim without spokes) in the garbage. This serves as the basis for the support of the bushes. I also saw how they use an old chair or a stool without a seat.
I will show my way of homemade simple supports
We need the same PVC pipes, corrugated hose and pegs.
First, I drive 4-5 pegs into the ground to a depth of 25 cm. I tamp the soil around the stakes.
Then I take the pipe and make it like a ring to the size of the bush.
With a regular jute rope, I tie a white pipe to wooden pegs.
You can use wire, but the rope also holds tight.
The corrugated hose thus serves as a connecting element. No soldering or screws needed. Everything is simpler and holds on tight.
