It is surprising that people want to build a large two-story box with an attic. And how to heat such a "bandura"? Well, if you only live in the summer. And we live constantly. Living room 37 m2, three bedrooms 16-18m2, kitchen 16, two bathrooms, sauna, etc. There is enough space for both children and grandchildren, sound insulation is good, no one bothers anyone.

And how much do we spend on heating kWh (cubic meters of gas)?

I went to the personal account of Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Tula, looked at the input of the meter readings. So, from 03/04/20 to 01/02. 21 gas consumed 2700m3. At a price of 6056.4 per 1000 m3. In the summer, I spent within 100 cubic meters, and in frosts, a maximum of 400.

Gas consumption is used for heating, water heating, gas stove. We have a gas boiler. I want to note that we do not save gas, ventilation in the house is in accordance with all the rules, the windows are constantly open.

That is 2700 in 10 months... apparently it will be 3500 per year. This is about 35 MWh per year

What other expenses for the house? Considering that we have two pumps in the well, a septic tank, a sauna, various power tools and household appliances actively working on electricity. Then, taking into account the payment for cable Internet, payment of the management company for the site, VDGO and payment for gas, it turns out on average 5000 per month.

I believe that this is a very acceptable amount for the pleasure of living in your house made of wood concrete!
