I would like to write articles that are pleasing to the eye and soul, but so far life throws up not so many reasons for this. Recently, our legislator "made friends" and introduced new rules for the installation of rest rooms of the "toilet" type in the country (that is, SNT) and suburban (that is, IZhS) sections.

From now on, the disgusting place should be no closer than 2 meters from the neighbor's fence, and no closer than 12 meters from the neighboring residential building.

And here an ambush happens: whoever has Soviet plots of 4 - 6 acres from the construction of a house sometimes does not even have land free. There is nowhere to attach parsley. Where is the toilet to "stick" in, keeping the standard 12 meters from the neighbor's house?

The legislator introduces another restriction: from now on, it is forbidden to relieve themselves closer than 8 meters from a well and 50 meters from a street pump or a natural spring.

The principle by which officials were guided in the case of toilet and water affairs is simple and straightforward. But according to what logic they assigned the amount of a fine for violation of 1-2 thousand rubles is not entirely clear. Rather, there are no claims to the amount. The main complaint is that the fine can be "soldered" even every week - until the violations are completely eliminated.
