What we should learn from the Europeans in construction: told on fingers
Take a look at the most breakthrough building ideas of our time: aerated concrete, USHP, insulation of the blind area, heating the house with air conditioning - everything came to us from abroad. Specifically - from European countries.
Let's go over the construction technologies that are used in Europe and which can and should be applied in Russia.
1. Warming
Here Mr. Miller promised to supply gas to every house on the ground with the IZhS category, this is good news. But the fact that gas will rise in price is beyond doubt. Therefore, it will not be superfluous to "throw" 10-15 cm of insulation on the walls.
You will be surprised, but in warmer Europe (for them -10 is already a "beater") houses are insulated even more than in Russia: the thickness of the insulation is 30-40 centimeters. And from 2021, all houses erected in Germany must meet Passive Haus standards.
2. What are they building from?
Take a look at the diagram above. It shows the ratio of private houses made of block (gray) and wooden (red) materials. As you can see, wood is used either where there is nowhere to put it (Canada and Finland), or where it has the borrowed population has no money to build normal houses, but I really want to live in a house (USA).
In other countries, bricks, aerated concrete, and warm ceramics are used. It's not without reason ...
3. Foundation
Ukrainian bricklayer Oleg Bruylo, who left for work in Germany in 1993, shares his observations on the construction of the foundations:
That is, our cheap, but very hemorrhoid in terms of construction "tape" is not quoted in the West: you need to take out a lot of soil, do a large square of the formwork, carefully monitor the level... And you will get cold floors in the house and a potentially mold-dangerous subfloor.
4. Excesses
I don’t want to offend anyone, but the representatives of the Transcaucasian nationality you know simply adore turrets, bay windows and a complex broken roof according to the principle “the harder the better”. And in practical Germany, the middle class (which really is there) prefers well-shaped houses with a simple gable roof. And no unnecessary excesses - what to say, the Germans know how to count money.
I leave space for your questions in the comments!
