Severe Russian loft: summer house 20 m² of doors and furniture, for 14,775 rubles
Against the background of a sharp and ruinous rise in prices for building materials, the issue of saving has become even more relevant. This spring put many in a difficult position, because the funds planned for the construction were simply not enough. Now you have to seriously think about which material can be replaced with used material, and which items of expenditure can be abolished altogether. A member of our portal Andrey decided to totally save money and build a summer house entirely from used materials. What he did - see below.
Expense report
The construction budget was:
- windows and doors (all used) - 1500 rubles;
- commodity pallets, as well as old doors and furniture on the walls and roof - were given away for free, the costs were only expenses for transportation - 2000 rubles;
- gypsum plasterboard, 15 pieces - 2715 rubles;
- putty for gypsum plasterboard joints - 400 rubles;
- 3 kilograms of 100 mm nails - 360 rubles;
- self-tapping screws in assortment for gypsum boards, walls, roofs and banners - 700 rubles;
- second-hand air conditioner - 3000 rubles;
- wallpaper - 2500 rubles;
- linoleum (also second-hand, removed from one repaired object) - 800 rubles;
- skirting boards - 800 rubles.
As a result, the total amount for materials was 14,775 rubles. Based on this amount, it turns out that the square meter of my summer house came out at 870 rubles. But this is taking into account the fact that galvanized steel was purchased back in 2000 and at the price of scrap metal. But it can be replaced with the cheapest roofing felt, which will cost a maximum of 1000 rubles. And also I had 2 banners. A friend gave them to me, but if you buy them, they will come out at 800 rubles apiece.
Constructive
The design of my summer house is nowhere simpler. First, I made a kind of analogue of the foundation out of bricks in order to slightly level the floor and raise the building. This is protection from puddles, and some kind of ventilation.
Then I laid out the pallets, and already on them with the help of nails and self-tapping screws I attached the floors: furniture elements, pieces of plywood and doors. This gave a certain rigidity to the structure.
After that, he erected walls from the old doors, and made a basement from the remnants of the material. The next stage is the roof. First, I built a kind of rafter system from the same doors, and then covered it with galvanized steel.
The final step was to install the front door, windows, interior decoration, electrician and air conditioner. On this summer house of doors and furniture, for 14,775 rubles was completed. This is a good, and, most importantly, a cheap temporary hut, necessary for the construction of the main house. This is what it is intended for.
