At the end of April this year, I bought a 50-ku board at the forestry in our city, I had to make the floor in the garage for the car. But for some reason I didn't calculate and 2 boards were not enough for me. Not really upset, I decided to buy another cube and called the leshoz.
We do it simply - you call, order, and if you are a regular customer, they have your address and a mark of a regular customer on their computer. In this case, payment on the spot to the tractor driver in cash. Maybe they are hiding something from taxes, or something else - I don't know. You won't be able to deceive them if you don't pay, the tractor driver and loader will turn around and the forest will be taken away. But you will already be listed as unreliable.
I am a very regular client in this leshoz, I buy an edged board, a fence, a bar, a slab and a rail for firewood for a bathhouse for a house under construction. Their prices are not the lowest, but there is always the necessary material, delivery within a day is free around the city.
Since, in May, I bought a board-fifty for 6,000 rubles, I decided now to prepare more money, I heard that prices have risen. And he prepared 8,000 rubles. I thought with a margin.
But when the tractor driver arrived, he gave me a receipt for 12,000 rubles. I couldn’t believe my eyes, I was about to call the office. But he told me that this is the last batch for 12,000, the next one will go for 15,000 rubles.
It was just a blow to me. After all, there is still half a month before the salary, and I left my family with my purchase without money for daily expenses.
But there is nothing to do, it is necessary to build something, but prices are rising. I have never seen such a price jump up by 100% in a month and a half. Of course, we have been building a house for the fifth year already, prices have increased constantly. But this has never happened.
What happened in the world, if such an increase in the value of the forest occurred, I do not know. And then I decided to look at the old receipts that I keep for tax deductions. And what do you think? It turns out that the year before last the board cost only 4,000 rubles per cubic meter. That is, prices have increased 3 times! This is incomprehensible to the mind.
How can people build houses, repair them, if everything is growing except for salaries?
