How to prepare a solution for a cesspool of an outdoor toilet

To prepare the solution, you need: 150 grams of ferrous sulfate (ferrous sulfate); 100 grams of baking soda (sodium bicarbonate); 5 liters of warm water. All this must be thoroughly mixed in a bucket and poured into a cesspool. This solution acts instantly, most of the bacteria die within the first 3-5 days, and the smell disappears in a day and does not return within a year. After a year, the procedure should be repeated.

In terms of price / efficiency ratio, this solution is, perhaps, the cheapest remedy. The costs of the components are low: 30–40 rubles for a package of ferrous sulfate; 40-60 rubles (depending on the region) for a pack of baking soda. In general, the costs will not exceed 100 rubles.
