Comfortable one-storey house 6x8 m, showing the layout
Greetings friends! Here is an excellent one-storey house in a classic style 6x8. House area 45 m2 with a gable roof. The shape of the house is rectangular.
The house is interesting for its layout, it is simple, but at the same time competent. Entrance to the house through the porch 2 m2. Further, a separate warm vestibule 4 m2, as you can see, the wardrobe will fit there.
From the vestibule we enter the living room 15.4 m2, it even has a place for a fireplace. Next is a small hall from which we get to the bathroom 4.8 m2. If desired, it is easy to move the door into it from the vestibule.

There is also a kitchen 8.7 m2. And the bedroom 10.7 m2. If desired, a second bedroom can be made from the kitchen. And turn the living room into a kitchen-living room with a total area 15.4 m2.
By the way, a staircase on a metal frame to the porch, which was made to order, was brought to one of the houses yesterday. WPC board steps (wood-polymer composite).
At first I wanted a wooden one, but then I changed my mind: there is enough metal for the rest of my life, and the KDP should not rot.
For the money, it came out a little more expensive than a wooden one. Width 1.5 m, height 85 cm. Quite firmly made, nothing loosens anywhere. The cuts are closed with an F-profile. Galvanized bolts. Painted in 3 layers.
I will probably pour the slab under it and fix it to it, as the concrete grabs. And later order the second one for the large veranda.
KDP took to Leroy. The master says that the KDP is of poor quality, I will look... If anything, I will make steps from larch. The veranda-colored oil still remains.
