Funny sad story about tomatoes with holes
I'll start with the sad one. I then my tomatoes every now and then from insects treated. A friend is not. And then one day he overlooked a sad picture in one of his greenhouses:
At first I thought that the mice gnawed, but how can they get on a tomato? “No,” he thinks, “it must be some kind of bats.” Began to examine, there are no traces of the presence of mice (sorry, their waste). But there are traces, like on cabbage, when its caterpillars eat.
In general, he is well done, observant. I don’t see the caterpillar yet, I don’t understand. Then it was funny.
It means that he is looking at the tomatoes and the ground. Long long time. And there are no caterpillars. There are holes, but no eaters are visible.
Now try to guess why he didn't find anyone?
So he did not understand! I went to my wife to talk about unknown mice, similar to caterpillars, which do not exist.
Look, he says they've done it, but they haven't found anyone:
- Look, the partisans gnawed at night, and into which forests they went unknown! So they will derail all our tomatoes!
- Don't be so sad! While you were sleeping, I caught them all early in the morning, and crushed them with my foot! There were caterpillars.
The friend breathed a sigh of relief!
On my own I express my admiration: this is the mistress! I would run after the sprayer, I hate such partisans ...
This year, the prevention was successful, there were no terrible holes.
How do you deal with the problem of unwanted tomato eaters?
I would be grateful for your subscription and communication :)
