How to make a fence from a profiled sheet without welding: a simplified way

What can replace welding?

Welding is always a problem for a person who does not own this skill. When it comes to the fence, many different inconveniences come up. Here you need to either invite a welder and pay him money, or take the machine somewhere and work yourself. And if the fence needs to be mounted somewhere in the field, then in the absence of electricity, you also need to look for a generator.

Developers of various know-hows took care of this and came up with a convenient bracket, thanks to which the installation of fences from a profiled sheet can be done without using a welding machine. A screwdriver / drill with an attachment for self-tapping screws for the corrugated board is enough and that's it! How does this bracket work?

The bracket has a cruciform shape, the vertically directed part of which is attached with self-tapping screws to a post measuring 50 * 50 mm. * But the brackets are designed for different sizes by different manufacturers. For example, X-brackets for rectangular posts 62 * 55 mm are sold in Leroy. * The horizontal fastening bar of the bracket is designed for a professional pipe 20 * 40 mm. The bracket itself is made of 2 mm thick galvanized steel. There are also colored options. The cost of one unit is from 104 to 174 rubles. Also included are connecting strips that allow you to build up longitudinal fence joists without welding.

In theory, this is very convenient and should work. In practice, this is already being used in full at commercial facilities. Developers and many companies for installing fences save on this, since now you do not need to involve a welder to install the fence, and any auxiliary can handle this bracket. Here you need a little: pull the cord between the extreme pillars along the level, make markings on it, and hang X-brackets on the self-tapping screws on the markings.
