What makes cheese

The raw material for the manufacture of the product are hard cheeses, for whatever reasons, do not fall on the counter: due to immaturity, overripening, malformation of the head cheese. It does not speak about the poor quality: sanitary requirements in the production of very high. In addition, after processing you can get a completely different tasty and healthy product.

The very manufacturing process is as easy to guess, in the melt weight at a temperature of from 75 to 95 degrees. Under the weight of the other components are added: butter, dry milk, curd, cream, salt, emulsifiers and preservatives. All these ingredients enrich the properties of the product and gives it a soft, perfect consistency.

The composition and caloric content of processed cheese

The product is quite high in calories: 100 g contains about 300 calories, although the exact figure may vary depending on the species. More than just a product of fat - about 23 g, in a large number of proteins present - about 20 grams, while the share of carbohydrates account for only 2-2.5 g

Melting delicacy is usually considered in terms of pleasant taste. But it can be attributed to the high content of vitamins and minerals to its advantages:

  • vitamins A, C, E and PP;
  • In a broad group of vitamins;
  • vitamin H and D;
  • huge amounts of calcium - the daily rate of only 100 grams;
  • potassium, iron, phosphorus and magnesium;
  • amino acids tryptophan, lysine and methionine;
  • milk protein casein, is extremely valuable for the muscles.

Despite the fact that a useful cheese is made on the basis of milk, lactose, it is very small - only about 2%. The product can be consumed even those who are the usual dairy products are harmful.

Useful than cheese

Is there any benefit in melted cheese or the main positive characteristics - a nutritious and taste good? The product is definitely useful:

  • It strengthens nails, improves skin, gives strength and volume to the hair;
  • good effect on the liver and does not damage the blood vessels, cholesterol because it is almost there;
  • It provides high-grade organism doses of essential amino acids and the polyunsaturated acids;
  • a source of high quality protein and thus contains almost no carbohydrates.

Is it possible to cheese during pregnancy and breastfeeding

Unfortunately, doctors recommend a product to eliminate from the diet during pregnancy, or at least greatly reduce the number. It is too much fat, which can harm the developing fetus. In addition, many cheeses are made with the use of additives, emulsifiers, preservatives.

Processed cheese for breastfeeding is also not recommended: during lactation, its use is negligible. But in infants such food can cause colic, bloating or allergies, so it is best to refrain from eating.
