How to make orange juice with a drill and a bottle: an original way
This material no longer applies to recipes and some kind of kitchen lifehacks, but is an interesting way to prepare orange juice in natural "packaging". It is used by the inhabitants of the blackest and hottest continent on the planet. They already know a lot about fresh fruit! Perhaps in this way you will surprise your guests with an uncommon serving of life-giving orange nectar in the most natural packaging. So, let's start our African bar lesson!
What is needed for this?
As you may have guessed from the title, a juicer is not needed here. Its role will be performed by a drill or, in extreme cases, a screwdriver. You will also need as inventory: a plastic bottle; knife; scissors; ring screw or hook screw. The following requirements are imposed on the last part - the ring or hook must pass into a standard bottle neck, the size of which is 26.2 mm.
Fresh juice extraction procedure
First you need to prepare a bottle of orange and a neck from a plastic container. To do this, cut off the neck of the bottle - make a funnel with a field with a diameter of 3-3.5 cm. Next, carefully cut the rind off the top of the orange in an even circle. The cut should be slightly smaller than the bottleneck margin. After that, slightly squeeze the field of the improvised funnel and insert it into the place where the crust was removed. The fields should go under the peel. Thus, we have obtained an unusual, but very natural container for juice.
And now the most crucial moment comes - juicing. To do this, you need to install a screw-ring or screw-hook in a drill or screwdriver, place the tip through the bottleneck into the orange pulp and press the start button of the tool. The orange needs to be held tight, as you probably already understood. In about 15-30 seconds, the rotating screw tip will turn the orange pulp into fresh juice.
The product is recommended to be consumed immediately. To feel the real African flavor, it is better not to pour the drink into a glass, but drink it straight from an orange! As they say, what #food, such and #recipes! Bon appetit and excellent health to everyone!
