An illiterate girl in the administration "moved" 6 owners into my house, for two months she changed one sentence
Probably the most unpleasant, time consuming and costly procedures for home owners are cadastral, registry and other registration of their property. Many people complain that it is constantly red tape, irregularities and mistakes that lead to big problems. Although I have repeatedly come across such procedures when I formalized the inheritance of my parents and legalized the property. And everything always went smoothly and simply.
But here I also happened to "run into" such a specialist who knows nothing and does not know how, but sits in a responsible post. After all, the registration of rights to real estate is more than a serious matter.
It took me to land the old parental plot, which belongs to me. To do this, it was necessary to bring the type of permitted use in line with the law. To make it clear - some plots are used for personal subsidiary farming, others for hayfields, and others for construction. This is, if, in general, in a simple way, is the type of permitted use.
For me, the type of "permission" did not change, as was the "maintenance of personal subsidiary plots", so it remained. Only now the legislation has changed, and now in the documents the same appointment is written out much longer: “Maintaining personal subsidiary plots (individual dwelling houses with personal plots of land, detached cottage-type dwelling houses for one family in 1-2 floors with adjoining plots) ". This is how it is now - according to the law.
And the cadastral engineer, whom we contacted, said that before making a land survey, it is necessary to bring the documents into compliance. He said that this is done for 10 days, you need to contact the administration and the documents will be changed there.
I came to the administration, found there a girl of 22-25 years old, who was sitting in a smartphone. She explained why she had come, she turned on the computer (time 10 o'clock, work from 8) and printed out an application form for me. I filled out everything, she copied the necessary documents, said that she would call.
After 10 days, without waiting for a call, I went to the administration. The girl again sat quietly at the computer, not doing anything. I looked at something in the database and said that the documents in the province were not ready yet. I won't bore you with details, but I went to see her every week. There was no urgency for us, there was time. Finally, after a month and a half, I, usually very peaceful and calm, burst out at her and said that I was going to the prosecutor's office. Then she picked up the phone and called somewhere. It turned out to be in the province. She couldn't do it for a month and a half!
And there she was told that, since the site has 7 owners, then all seven should come to the MFC and write new applications. I'm speechless.
Again, I will skip the details of the scandal. I picked up the phone and began to demand an explanation. It turned out that this bummer confused the cadastral number of the site and because of this, my application simply lay motionless all this time. She entered some kind of plot, which, in fact, has 7 owners and, of course, other surnames.
We sorted out everything with a specialist in the province, she advised me to go to the MFC without contacting the administration anymore. Apparently, this girl was far from the first puncture. She sat there all red and puffed.
I took my documents, which she had collected in a folder, and went away under her screams that not everything was mine.
It turned out that everything is mine. The MFC looked at these documents and found there a resolution of the administration a month ago, which was all they needed from them. And it was not at all necessary to draw up my application through the province.
After 3 days, I received everything, an extract from the USRN, and I remembered forever that the specialists in the administration of our district - at least cry.
