Aerated concrete cannot be found on sale, wood costs a lot. What to build a house from if you need "now"? The answer is very simple.
There was a time when all construction technologies were plus or minus the same, precisely in terms of financial costs. But with the current rise in the prices of one, and the deficit for the other, something has changed ...
Friends, greetings to all. While I am there leisurely "poking around" with the construction of my house (Let me remind you that my squadron is already in its 4th year). The situation in the construction industry is changing and changing.
- At first, the tree skyrocketed in value (along with OSB).
- Then the wall blocks disappeared somewhere. To order a batch of aerated concrete, you need to stand in line and wait for months.
✅ What then to build from, if you want a normal and high-quality house?

I stumbled upon the answer somehow by accident, although it always lay on the surface. Apparently with all these frame frames, and aerated concrete houses, many simply forgot about the old proven technology of panel construction.
And I found an interesting version.
On YouTube channel "Such a construction site" I saw how a house is being built from concrete panels.
But it was a surprise to me to find out that these panels were not factory-made, but manufactured directly on site.
✔ The simplest formwork was made directly on the foundation slab.
✔ The reinforcement was first laid in it. And then a mixer was ordered, and concrete was poured.
There are many advantages to this option.
- The process is not complicated and easy to organize.
- The concrete is always available in the factories.
- The cost of concrete has practically not increased recently (I start from my region. If where it has grown, I think it is insignificant).
- The slabs are poured on top of each other and do not take up much space.
- At cost, this option is probably cheaper than finished products from the factory.
❗ As a result, ready-made slabs are obtained, made specifically for this project at homethat you just need to install according to the project.
Surely in this type of construction there are many nuances of its own, but without it nowhere. However, if you look at the current difficulties with building materials, this option seems to me to have good prospects.
