A year ago, we built a house and moved into it from an apartment in a provincial town. But the apartment has not yet been sold, because it was constantly used for various needs. Moreover, there is absolutely nowhere to rush - apartments in our city are still very cheap, the housing market is worth it. Everyone strives, like us, closer to the earth, to nature.
But lately there have been rumors that house prices are about to rise. And we decided to find out what caused these rumors.
It turns out that the city administration is seriously engaged in resettlement of emergency housing. And such in our ancient city - a dime a dozen. Especially famous are the two-story wooden houses with a cold toilet in the annex. Such houses usually have 6 apartments - 3 on each floor. The kitchen is shared, running water in the kitchen. Gas - in cylinders. But in recent years, of course, they began to combine apartments and renovate them, improve them. At the same time, elementary safety rules are not always followed, and would-be builders sculpt everything at random. It is clear that these are not the most wealthy people.
The result is predictable - these houses are burning one after another, from a short circuit in the wiring, from a gas explosion, and so on. With the victims, with human grief and the collection of aid to the victims.
A lot of housing was built in the city, moreover, it was according to the national project "Housing and Urban Environment" and Federal Law No. 185-FZ. The resettlement of people from dilapidated housing is carried out according to regional programs with co-financing from the federal budget.
But now they did not begin to build, but chose a different path. Since many apartments are empty in the five-story buildings, the administration decided that it would be more profitable to buy them, and not bother with the construction of new houses, for which, by the way, there is no land.
And I think this is the right decision. Moreover, the prices for apartments immediately went up a little. This cannot but please us.
But the administration has one condition - the apartment must be in very good condition. Simply put - renovated. Wallpaper must be fresh, all repaired and in good condition.

Now, it seems, the choice has been made for us - we will have to invest in renovations if we want to sell the apartment. Our entrance was recently renovated, the house is good.
By the way, on the administration's website, you can find out how many apartments and in which houses they are settling, and on this basis, estimate how many secondary housing they will buy.
When buying apartments, there is a sign of the equivalence of apartments. That is, if the old uncomfortable housing was 50 meters long, then the new, comfortable apartment should not be less. Although according to the social norm - at least 18 meters per family member.
As I have already said, in such housing, basically, 70%, poor people live, even often asocial. Those who do not want to become wealthy, he is not bad anyway. That is, the debts for utility bills from the HOA will rise sharply. But this is already their problem.
