You begin to appreciate household chemicals (insecticides, herbicides, etc.) when suddenly it is not at hand, for example, in a garden or a country house. And then you have to invent and use other available substances.

Good afternoon dear friends!

You knew, for example, that dishwashing detergents have a much wider scope of application than we are used to. No? So I did not know, until recently. It turns out that not only pots / pans can be washed or grease stains removed from clothes. It can also help with general cleaning of the house, and when caring for the site, and when fighting insects, etc. In general, it is an extremely versatile, inexpensive and useful tool in everyday life.

And to prove this fact to you, as well as suggest some unusual ways to use this household chemicals in the house or in the garden, I prepared this material.

1.For washing windows. Planning window cleaning for the weekend? But upon arrival at the house, they found that the glass cleaner was out! Dont be upset. Simply pour 1 cup vinegar (9%) and dish soap into hot water. That's it, now thoroughly shake the resulting substance, moisten a sponge with it and start washing.

You will be pleasantly surprised by the result, because it will not be worse than from a special wiper. Last but not least, don't forget to wipe down the windows with any lint-free cloth. To enjoy clean transparent glasses as long as possible.

2.Weeds. Is your driveway overgrown, under a fence, or is grass stubbornly pushing through the sidewalk tiles? Take your time to grab onto a hoe or grass trimmer. Since it is possible to remove excess vegetation in another way. Only for this you will first need to make a special mixture of 3 liters of table vinegar, 1 tbsp. tablespoons of salt and 1 tsp. spoons of dishwashing liquid. And then spray it over the areas you would like to clean.

But keep in mind that this is best done on a sunny day. It will be more effective than in cloudy weather.

3.For cleaning floors. Do you want your floors to shine with cleanliness? Then, during the next cleaning, pour any dishwashing detergent (about 2 tablespoons) into a bucket of water. And then just wash the floors with the resulting solution, as usual.

But remember that this method can only be used for linoleum, laminate or tile, but not for parquet. Don't risk ruining it.

4.For getting rid of insects. Are flies still spoiling your life? Then I suggest making a trap for them. To do this, pour a little table vinegar into a bowl / cup / glass, add 3 drops of your dishware to it. funds, and then place the container on a windowsill or shelf and wait for annoying flies to fall into trap.

By the way, a similar trap can be made for ants. You just need to change the proportions. Water and vinegar should be mixed in a 1: 1 ratio, and then spray the anthill and ant paths with this "cocktail". By the way, this method is equally good both outside and inside the house.

5.For cleaning jewelry. Despite the abundance of small parts, cleaning the jewelry is as easy as shelling pears! To do this, you will need dishwashing liquid and soda water. Now mix these ingredients in a bowl and put your jewelry in it. Wait 5-10 minutes for the bubbles to dissolve the dirt, and then take an old toothbrush and brush the products completely.

And so, in fact, everything!

6.For freezing. I understand that it is not entirely relevant, but still! There is a little secret that can help you next summer when transporting food over long distances. So, in order to keep the temperature low in the thermal bag, I suggest adding an additional ingredient to the "container" for ice (bag, container ...) - dishwashing liquid.

Thanks to this component, the ice will melt more slowly by an order of magnitude. You will get a real mini refrigerator that will perform its main functions for a long time!
