The black tips of the anthurium are always not quite suitable for the anthurium planting and irrigation schedule.. And the sooner a citizen recognizes this unpleasant fact for himself, it will be better. For both!
The tip of the anthurium turns black when the roots begin to rot. Rot occurs when the soil in the pot is constantly wet.

The main problem is heavy soil. After watering, it becomes like clay, not giving the roots a chance to breathe. Constant contact with water is always rotten roots. Hence, the black tips of the leaves.

Comrade! Make a normal high-peat soil or at least a commercially available universal soil for indoor plants. If possible, buy a package "For azaleas" or any other slightly acidic product: yes, anthurium loves acidic.
Add a baking powder: pine bark for orchids or perlite. They will create additional channels for air flow to the roots. For semi-epiphyte, the looseness of the soil is more important than for other indoor flowers!

Watering healthy anthurium
If a citizen takes care of the quality of the soil for his plant, then he has more room for error. However, anthurium, as a resident of tropical forests, generally loves high humidity, permanent wet ground results in black tips.
From experience: In the summer, I often take Livium out into the yard when it rains. He likes! But then I definitely let the pot dry.
- Anthuriums are watered only when the top layer has dried in the pot by 1-2 cm, depending on the height of the dishes.
- It is not necessary to pour so that the water reaches the sump. Imagine a cutaway pot: when the top layer is dry, the bottom is still wet.
- Water the anturum with a little sour water once a month if you water it from the tap.

- Transplant. Not in spring, not on a suitable day according to the lunar calendar, God forgive me, but right now.
- If you find rotten roots during transplantation, cut them off, and soak the entire root system for half an hour in a solution of Fundazol or another fungicide: it will stop the rot.
- Take the pot to fit, not grow. To arrange a bay in a bucket is more likely, because the roots simply do not drink from the bottom of the container and it is always, always wet there.
- Make a primer with at least some baking powder. Once again, I advise you to take the bark.
- Learn to water as needed, not in reserve or because it seemed like it's time.
Surely there are people planting anthuriums in the ground from the garden and watering both in the tail and in the mane. And telling that everything is good (though it is not known how long this "good" will last).
Yes, there are exceptions to every rule. But! It seems to me illogical to plant anthurium in obviously unsuitable soil. Is it so difficult to buy bark and universal soil? I do not believe. Showing stubbornness, you should not expect some kind of response from the unfortunate flower.
