To take water for analysis, it is necessary to use a plastic container with a volume of 5 liters. It is best to purchase such a bottle at a water stall, as it has already been processed and there are no risks that there will be deviations in performance. Get 5 liters of water, pour or drink it and start drawing water from the source. Never use bottles from sweet flavored drinks!
Before you draw water into the bottle, the water must be filtered for 5-10 minutes. Otherwise, there is a chance that you will fill the bottle with stagnant water.

The cork from the bottle should also be clean, it must be washed with water from the source. Never wash the bottle and cork with detergents.
Water must be drawn in a thin stream along the wall of the bottle. This will prevent the occurrence of a chemical reaction, which is possible when water is saturated with atmospheric oxygen.
Water is poured into the bottle to such an extent that it overflows through the neck of the bottle and after that it can be closed. The presence of air under the plug is not allowed, otherwise the results of the analysis will be distorted.
After the water is collected according to the rules, it must be sent to the laboratory for analysis. If it is not possible to send water immediately, water should be stored in the refrigerator for no more than 24 hours (48 hours maximum).
