Too bad I didn't know this before. Found 4 ways to quickly thread a needle

My wife recently got into hand embroidery. It's a good thing, of course, but it gave me a lot of trouble. I had to organize a cool workplace for her - so that she would not stoop, and her eyes would not get tired. I made an attachment to the table, modified the chair a little, and most importantly, I made a separate lighting system with several lamps of different brightness and directional light sources.

Too bad I didn't know this before. Found 4 ways to quickly thread a needle

I still noticed that she was tired. Especially from threading tiny ears. That's why I'm also concerned about this. I found on the net several ways to quickly thread needles. Maybe I'll start embroidering myself. And what? Let's be side by side.

And here are the methods - maybe they will fit someone.

1 way

Convenient for threading threads that cannot be cut with a cone, because they become frayed.

We thread a simple coarse thread into the needle. On one of its ends we impose the one that is needed across. With a margin so that it does not slip. Then we take this tip so that the desired thread turns out to be in a loop. We wrap it around the needle and hold it. We begin to carefully pull the other end.

As a result, the main thread will tighten the desired thread into the eye.

2 way

Suitable for threading thin and slippery threads.

We take a piece of thread and put it on the palm of our hand. Then we put the needle from above directly with the eye on the thread and begin to twist it right on this thread. This must be done carefully and only in one direction. From a slight rotation, the thread will begin to twist and form a loop. If you do this correctly and do not move the needle too far, the loop will form right in the eye and screw into it. Then it remains only to pull the thread.

3 way

We make a loop on the finger of the thread, put the needle on top and sharply draw it along it. The loop will twist as much as possible, after which it will easily be inserted.

4 way

You will need stranded copper wire. Only it should be thin, of course. We remove the insulation, separate one copper vein. It is easy to cut with ordinary scissors or wire cutters.

Fold the cut piece in half. The wire will easily fit into a very small eye, even folded in half. We pass with a fold.

It turns out that we have a loop of wire. We thread the thread into it and calmly pull out the loop with the thread back. That's it.

At first my wife laughed that I was going to teach her, but now she is just doing it. Actually, I help too. Sometimes I give it to her with a margin. Maybe I’ll really start embroidering like Matroskin. And there will be even more benefits.
