The spring-summer period is a great time to have fun by the fire with friends and relatives, fry a barbecue, and have a good rest. However, not everything is so rosy, as a new fire law will come into force in the near future.

Where can I find out about the innovations?
In order to get more detailed information, you need to familiarize yourself with the Fire Regulations that are in force on the territory of the Russian Federation. It clearly states that burning garbage and cooking barbecue is strictly prohibited.

It is noteworthy that quite impressive penalties are provided for violation of these rules. So, the minimum amount that you have to pay from your wallet is 2 thousand rubles. In case of repeated violation, you need to give 3 thousand already.

But here you should not despair, because there are quite good loopholes in the current legislation. You should carefully read paragraph 66 of the new rules. More specifically, it is indicated there that it is necessary to make fire only in specially equipped places. No one will be fined for such actions.

How to get around the law?
In order not to become an object of dissatisfaction with fire fighting services, a place for making a fire and cooking barbecue must be properly equipped.

And in order to do this, you need to carefully read paragraph 5 of all the same rules:
It is allowed to make fire at a distance of 5 meters from any buildings.

In the vicinity (remote distance of at least 2 meters) should not be flammable materials.

Regarding the preparation of barbecue, there is also a clear restriction. So, you can fry meat only in barbecues and other identical devices. They must also be installed at a distance of at least 5 meters from buildings.

Also, in order not to get a fine, it is necessary to get rid of all dry branches, leaves and other debris on the site. They can be packed in bags and sent to garbage containers along with other waste.

Of course, the fire inspectorate does not travel and does not specifically check violators. However, you still should not relax and violate the current legislation. The fact is that firefighters can simply drive by, notice a violation, and then you can’t get rid of the fine.

Also, unfriendly neighbors or just random passers-by with an active civic position can complain about violators.

That is why, in order not to get in trouble, and also not to spend extra money from the budget on a fine, it is recommended to follow the rules and continue to enjoy the fire, as well as delicious barbecue, but on legal grounds.
