There is a rather interesting and time-tested method of pickling cucumbers. The main advantages are that there is no need to sterilize jars and lids. Everything is done very simply, quickly and clearly.


The method that will be discussed in the article is based on the double fill technique.
In order to cook cucumbers according to this recipe, you must follow several sequential steps:


To begin with, the collected cucumbers must be washed with warm, but not hot running water. This step is considered the most important. You need to do it carefully so that dirt does not get into the jars with blanks.


Next, you should prepare and also thoroughly wash the necessary greens under running water. It is noteworthy that the set here can be almost anything, depending on individual taste preferences.

But the standard set looks something like this: cherry and currant leaves, dill, parsley. It is also recommended to use garlic, which gives an unforgettable aroma.

It is noteworthy that garlic is recommended to be used together with the tops.

Next, take care of the spices. It is best suited here: bay leaf, a few peas of black pepper, cloves. All this also needs to be washed well before use.


Jars and lids should also be washed well, but you can safely do without sterilization.


When everything is ready, you need to move on to the main process. So, you should put spices and herbs in prepared jars, put cucumbers and pour boiling water over it all. In this state, the banks must be left for 30 minutes.


Next, the process is:
Pour the water from the jars back into the pot.
Boil.
Add 60 g. granulated sugar, 4.5 tbsp. salt in a three-liter jar.


Also, after the process of boiling the brine, you need to add 10 g. 70% vinegar or replace with 200 ml. 9%.


The resulting brine must be filled with jars of cucumbers, rolled up.
For 24 hours, they must be covered with a warm blanket, and then you can safely put them away for storage.

Even after a few months of storage, such cucumbers will be crispy and fragrant.
