Of course, that to act in such a situation is permissible only within the framework of the law. To do this, you need to find out how many birds and animals it is permissible to have on the farm.

Having studied the current legislation, it will not be possible to detect a ban on breeding birds and small animals in a private courtyard.

But here it is important not to miss one interesting point: if animal breeding is carried out in commercial purposes, such actions may lead to sanctions, implying the complete confiscation site.

What is the reason for this decision of the legislator?! The measure is necessary in the framework of compliance with the intended purpose of the site.

Based on this, we can conclude: neighbors on their site have the right to breed birds and small animals in almost any quantity, but this can only be done for their own needs.

It should also be borne in mind that in addition to laws adopted at the state level, there are other regulations. They can be taken in partnerships.

If there is no corresponding prohibition, then the owners of the farmstead must follow the law SP 53.13330.2011. It is here that the rules are fixed, which must comply with the buildings for household purposes, in which it is planned to keep animals.

If the owners of the mini-farm ignore these rules, then the neighbors have the right to file a complaint with the sanitary service or local authorities.

In more detail, all outbuildings should be located at a distance of 4 meters from neighboring sites. if this rule is violated, you can also safely file a complaint against violators.
