Therefore, it is best to use aromatic repellers, the smell of which is so unpleasant for animals that they will leave it for a long time. And the main remedy, the smell of which neither animals, nor insects, nor humans like, is ammonia (ammonia).

Process

There are many ways to treat a room with ammonia. First of all, you can wash floors, walls, window sills with ammonia water. In order for it to stay on the surface longer, a few drops of liquid soap should also be added to the water. You can dilute ammonia in water in a ratio of 1 to 10 and spray with a homemade manual or pump sprayer. Or take alcohol without diluting it, draw it into a syringe and pour it into those slots, behind the plinth, where animals most often appear.

Mice also dislike other strong odors. For example, Corvalol, peony tincture, fir essential oils. But these products should be used with caution - people themselves may not like this smell, or some components may be allergic.

Rodents can't stand the smell of peppermint either. But people this smell is very pleasant, creates a pleasant aroma. The tincture can be purchased at the store, and the plant itself should be grown on windowsills or the floor. Just be careful if cats live in your house. This plant is a kind of drug for pets. Of course, it cannot be compared with catnip, which in large quantities can harm a pet. But just peppermint in the house where the cat lives will not grow, as the animal will simply eat it.
