Ingredients:
- dry yeast - one bag;
- 3 pieces of black bread (even a loaf can be used);
- 200 g of sugar;
- 2.8 liter of warm water.
In a jar with warm water and pour one packet of yeast. Cover the jar with a towel. Three pieces of bread cut into cubes and fry in a pan without oil. You can dry the bread in the oven. Bread is better to take cherstvovaty.
Until the bread cools, it is necessary to melt the sugar. The iron bowl or a mug to put 200 grams of sugar and put on a small fire. Sugar should stir constantly until it melts and acquires a brown color.
In a jar with water and yeast, pour the melted sugar, then shifts the bread and mix all.
Drink cover with some sort of cloth or gauze and transferred into a warm dark place for 1 day. Then add to the brew Zhmenya raisins and leave for another 3 h. Then brew filter and spill in bottles.
