2. Home construction.

To order a standard house for a construction company did not want to and I decided to build a house of their own drawing. At that time, just I met with the neighbors, who were engaged in the construction and decoration of houses. They agreed to build me a house for my project.

It should be noted that the house built in several stages:

- pouring the foundation

- raising of the walls

- laying of internal partitions

- roof of the house

It is necessary to take into account the fact that between the steps, it is desirable to wait for the time (to the foundation stiffened and strengthened, house walls have settled, and so on), so quick to build it will not work.

Generally, the workers poured the foundation of the type "stove", waited a year and next summer I purchased a unit on a concrete factory and workers started masonry. I chose a gas-silicate blocks, as they hold heat well, and share them quickly enough.

along the perimeter walls of the house laid out fairly quickly and started computation of interior partitions. For them, the units were bought thinner, since these walls wide blocks are not needed, they perform only the function of the partition space and the heat should not hold as the main wall of the house.

Next was lined septum between the ground floor and the roof, and has become the ceiling of the first floor. As the partition, I chose concrete slabs, which commissioned a concrete plant and produced for necessary sizes to me. The same technology has been erected and the second floor of my house.

Now that the foundation, walls and partitions are ready, it was the turn to build the roof. The base of the roof made of planks. Very fortunate that the site was near the construction market, it was convenient to buy materials there and not far to drive. There you have bought and trapezoidal sheet. They were used as a topcoat on the roof of the house. They look beautiful and are inexpensive.
