Cucumbers in Bulgarian in the microwave for 5 minutes.
This recipe has become a godsend for me and all my friends. So quick and easy, I've never made preparations for the winter. Those who want to spend their holiday not in a stuffy kitchen, engaged in conservation, and in the company of dear people, relaxing and enjoying free time, this is the recipe for you!
Those who doubt that is not sterilizing or pouring boiling water several times cucumbers may achieve excellent result, I want to reassure - I roll up their favorite Bulgarian cucumbers for the fifth year, using microwave. If earlier a couple of cans may have become cloudy or even explode, now 100% of the blanks are stored and can stand for any one year.
We turn to the process! Cucumbers I take usually small and the banks are not more than a liter. Sterilize them are not required, but wash and dry you need. At the bottom of the usual cans put umbrellas dill, currant leaves, horseradish, garlic, pepper and mustard seeds. You can also put the cloves, if you like its flavor.
Brine:
1 liter of water, sugar 1 cup (100 grams), 2.5 tablespoons of salt, vinegar 9% 1 cup (100 grams can be slightly more). If someone prefers sugary cucumbers, the amount of sugar is necessary to increase and add 3-3.5 spoons. Brine turns out very tasty!
Brine is necessary to bring to a boil, add vinegar to the end and immediately turn off the fire, otherwise it will evaporate. Fill the cucumbers in banks and one put in the microwave. In any case, do not cover the jar! I choose high power, and a timer is set for 3 minutes. Reaching the bank, replaces it with the next, and are ready to immediately spins. And so on. The whole process takes a little time in the kitchen and no steam is not hot.
Cucumbers are obtained crispy and very tasty. Everyone with whom I have had time to share the recipe, thank me. And I am very glad that my friends, and friends do not get tired of making billets and we still have time to chat!
