In the State Duma December 19, 2018 was adopted in the final third reading the federal law, according to which will be established only since July 1, 2020 smart meters and install them must: in the private sector - guaranteeing supplier (Energosbyt management company, gorseti), and the installation will take at industrial sites PJSC "Rossetti". The essence of the law
