My name is Valery. I live in the city of Perm and I am 42 years.

To make a decision into account were all the little things and details - the distance to the garden, which went to the eldest son, the distance to the grandmother so that she could at any time for half an hour to be with us (or we have them), the proximity of roads, availability of forest or parks, shops, dairy food, distance to schools and clinics, convenience transport interchanges, etc. etc. And, of course, first of all we worried about the cost purchased. In general, after six months of vacillation stranger apartments, we still found a suitable on most of the parameters of the "Khrushchev" and, without thinking, began to make a deal.
Repairs.
With education in construction and as deputy director of a small company engaged in finishing work, I could not afford to bring his family to the miserable housing, what was at that time our apartment. The impression that since the construction in 1963, the repair is not done at all.
Immediately after the decision to purchase, I engaged in the development redevelopment space inside apartment. That's how the plan looked flat to alteration.

After buying an apartment the money we've got a little bit, so they only had enough for a couple of months, which were made rough work - dismantling, erection of walls and plaster. And even then, only because it served their "visitors from the neighboring countries", constantly cooperate with our company. The next two months occurred delivery of materials and the accumulation of the funds necessary for further work.
Generally, each stage of works (electrical, plumbing, decoration, ceilings and furniture) was carried out by individual teams, proven by my personal experience or someone from my friends, and their hiring took place as cash receipts funds. And from experience I knew that if I move into an apartment with subquality, they will remain forever (a piece of the plinth under the "Khrushchev" refrigerator for about five years and is not installed). Therefore, all the repairs, from the beginning of the dismantling of the installation to the latest furniture, lasted almost half a year.
The next step was the installation of the electrical part. For these works were hired experts on the recommendation of a friend, was engaged in the development of projects in this area. The boys immediately joined the work - listening to my suggestions for the location of devices, quickly counted the number of cables and the rest, justifying each of the positions in terms of safety and further operating

It is fortunate that the materials, thanks to the excellent working relationships with suppliers, I was able to buy much cheaper than in retail stores. Then came the team of installation of suspended ceilings.
After all finishing works have been completed and accepted, appliances purchased and installed, it was the turn of furniture. She decided to make the order, with the exception of the kitchen table and chairs. Furniture, made-to-measure and sketches, much more functional. And if you do not rush to the first available on the company manufacturing it, you can also save a lot of money (2-4 times). For example, a kitchen cost us only 37 thousand, and there were businesses that for the same complete set of requested 154 thousand!
In general, the repair is, of course, much delayed, exhausted, not only us but also the nerves of neighbors. But everything turned out exactly the way it was intended without subsequent return of workers to deficiencies.
