I've always liked the house on a high base, at the same, I decided to pick it up on the three rows of blocks of expanded clay. Finally, at the highest point, plinth rose approximately 130 - 140 cm.

Further, before the erection of walls, it was the case for backfilling clay base, curb installation and laying of a number of bricks (curb to equalize the wall).

Curb mounted with a small release of the edge, with the goal of continuing lining brick house and aesthetic reasons (I like it).

The construction of the box is not big deal, big blocks and walls are growing before our eyes. The main thing very accurately to drive the first row (when picked angles I enjoyed the usual gidrourovnya). The tool used is the simplest: a tape measure, a pencil, a drill for mixing glue, notched trowel, level meter (for the periodic control of the vertical and horizon), hacksaw according aerated concrete (with pobeditovymi teeth), and a rubber mallet generator petrol. This process took me 2 weeks.

I save a little on the door and window openings - not buy concrete bridge, and used metal corner which was overlooked in the garage.
