As much as possible to save on cleaning? Agree, when it comes to our life-time, in the first place, and the money - in the second, that such a question is given by every person in the plans which loomed need restore order in their own home or any other room ...

To be or not to be??? That's the question...
To be or not to be??? That's the question...

To answer this question and to make an informed, and most importantly the right decision, you need to deal with the following questions:

  1. How much, on average, the time I spend on cleaning?
  2. How much will I lose money?
  3. Who, if I do not, and why?
  4. How much can I save as much as possible and at the expense of what?

When they received answers to all the questions above, then you can safely take a decision in favor of one or another method of saving. Let's start in order, and in today's article will consider the first two questions.

So, let's imagine a standard dvushku newly renovated, already furnished, inhabited, but not cluttered. And now let's look at how much time we spend on maintaining it clean and tidy.

To make it look more or less well, we need to perform at least two types of cleaning: maintenance (approximately 2 times a week), general (approximately 1 per month).

Detailed standard list of works for both types of cleaning, can be viewed on our website: https://dm-cleaning.dachamaster.org

Given the standard list of works, the average time spent on cleaning standard kopeck piece will be:

  • supporting cleaning: 3 hour X 2 times / week x 3 weeks = 18 hours.
  • General cleaning: 8:00 x 1 time per month = 8 hours.

Total get that just to maintain their homes in a more or less normal state, we spend about 26 hours!!! More than a day in a month!!! And that's not counting the ironing, washing, dishwashing, etc.

A lot or a little? Perhaps for those who do not appreciate your time - it's just a tiny figure, but, for example, for a businessman or inhabitant metropolis - to lose a day a month and two weeks a year - it is a luxury, because this time can be devoted to a favorite or in the end - earning money.

All the money, of course, not earn, but to throw them to the wind - too stupid!
All the money, of course, not earn, but to throw them to the wind - too stupid!

Let's move on... 2nd question that we are trying to find the answer - it's "What I'm losing money." Here, of course, opportunities and income are different, but let's go on the reverse. To estimate the minimum, let's take the cost of cleanups given in our "Price List" (And the prices are not high) and simply add up. Accordingly, we obtain a certain amount, which can show us the indirect damage that we are performing self-cleaning... After all, the power of action = strength of opposition, so we take this calculation, to be approximately true. Total:

  • value of supporting the standard cleaning dvushki (60 m2) - 2640 RUB x 2 times / week. x 3 weeks = 15,840 rubles.
  • the cost of cleaning - 4080 rubles.

We find that for the room was always in order, a month to pay about 19 000 rubles. Perhaps, at first glance, seem too big amount, but please note that it includes: consumables, ie detergents and cleaning products (and professional), equipment, and most importantly - the time that you do not have one return.

Now, think for, and share in the comments, there are 19,000 rubles / month, your lost time that can be spent more productively?
