How to legally burn garbage at their summer cottage: 2 ways

Hello. Today's topic is quite a burning article. This recycling of waste, both industrial and natural. Although the government is trying to address this issue at the state level, the debate on this subject do not cease. This is particularly relevant topic for owners of suburban areas and residents of private homes.

You can, of course, take out the trash to the dump, but not all have transport, they often burn garbage. In the latter case it is necessary to know and follow a set of rules that will ensure safety. There are 2 versions of events.

Option number one:

2. The nearest buildings distance should be between 25 meters to trees - 15 meters, to the pine forest - 50 meters

Prohibited

you can not make a fire:

1. During the special mode of fire

2. On the ground in which a high content of turf
