Paving (laying) of the paving stones summer tracks

The task: perform work on the paving of country lanes with stone blocks "Old Town" on the prepared base. The total area of ​​about 130 sq.m.

Progress of works: A little background. Last year at this facility was undeveloped land drainage system, prepared and installed base of curbs in the field of the future arrangement of country lanes. Details on the construction of an underground drainage system of the site, we told here.

For the arrangement base primer was selected in a depth of about 30 cm, after which, in some places, laid drainage pipes, Compounds of the general portion drainage system equipped drainage layer of gravel fractions 20-40, as well as sand and gravel settle base. In this preparatory work has been completed and furnished the ground track given exposure for 1 year for the natural shrinkage and densification. Of course, the shrinking process and the sealing base suburban tracks can be accelerated by the use of compactors, etc., but for the purpose of budget savings, and in agreement with the customer, it was decided, indicated above. This year, the work on development of country tracks continued and was started with the leveling surface (somewhere base tracks "village" more somewhere less), and toe alignment line (some few curbs "Sunk").

After the work on planning grounds suburban tracks and leveling of curbs, it was undeveloped sand pad (of course with compaction), and work has begun on laying pavers "Old Town" on the track and blind area around houses. Paving formed on the sand-cement mixture at a ratio of about 7: 1 (7 parts sand to 1 part cement). Simultaneously with the laying of paving stones in the track structure of summer were mounted "input" point portion underground drainage system - dozhdepriemnye wells linear drainage system, plums from the roof:
