Reconstruction of the blind area of ​​the country house. Part 3.

Continuing it and it report, we present the final report on the work carried out by our company in one of the holiday villages Pyatnitskoe highway in the Moscow region.

The task: Perform reconstruction of the blind area, construction of houses adjoining the drainage system with drain well in the interim storage.

Progress of works: Thus, the final stage of the work was the reconstruction of the blind area and the adjoining circular arrangement drainage with tap water table in intermediate well and discharged into obscheposelkovy drainage. In the first place it was to dismantle the old blind area and developed a new trench, as well as for the installation of drainage pipe:

After development of the trench, it was placed in the tube as follows: the bottom of the trench is laid geotextile waking up one layer of gravel, in which the drainage pipe is laid. Then, a height of about 5-10 cm above the upper generatrix of the tube, and also laid gravel geotextile fabric ends are summarized together. To thereby obtain the drainage layer. After the drainage pipe has been laid, the bedding was made under the ground level of the base of the blind area, then it is time for the formation of cushion otmostku. It achieved this two layers - a layer of gravel, about 10-15 cm and a top layer of sand with a thickness of about 10 cm. After preparing the cushion under the blind area, it was undeveloped formwork. At arrangement of the formwork should pay attention to the following: the formwork must be mounted wooden dividers, every 1.5-2 m. Near the base is laid insulation, which prevents the "sticking" of the blind area to the cap and ensure its freedom of movement relative to the base off-season. Upon completion of all preparatory work is the time to fill immediately. There is nothing special to describe, as they say: take more - throw farther. The only thing you need to pay attention - this is not to forget to lay reinforcing mesh and atone smoothly, providing the desired slope, which is formed by another arrangement step pillows.
