Replacing the wiring in the holiday house

In this report, we describe the work on the reconstruction of the country house wiring made by our company in one of the holiday villages of Sergiev Posad, Moscow Region.

The task: Perform reconstruction (complete replacement) old wiring, including the connection to the post and mount the system automatically pumping water from the ground floor.

Progress of works: Let's start with a description of the object: it was a country cottage home, frame construction, designed for summer living. The existing wiring was formed in the walls, the cable section is not allowed to perform normal operation, since chosen is not correct. Furthermore, due to the increased requirements for power consumption Customer lacked the amount and type sockets. And in addition to all the above, the ground floor, during the autumn and spring off-season are constantly flooded with melt water. Below the photo, you can see the reconstruction of the object:

According to the agreement with the customer, the work was divided into two stages: the first - the complete replacement of electrical wiring, Vautour - arrangement of automatic water pumping system from the ground floor. Let's start with the first stage - new wiring is made of non-combustible type of cable VVG-ng with the instrument to the decorative plastic boxes. Under given load parameters Customer elektromagistrali main cable section is made of 6 and 4 mm2, bends on outlet - 2.5 mm2, bends lighting 1.5 mm2. Cable used a hard, three-wire. In addition, the old cable connecting the house to the point of transmission line was dismantled and carried out a new connection. The new cable is laid inside the house in metal. First, where work began, was the installation of plastic boxes for the subsequent installation of roads and installation elektrotochek. With the objective of respect for vertical and horizontal mounting, laser level, mounted on the wall was used:

After installation, all the boxes were mounted sockets, switches, lighting fixtures, and, as already noted above, to arrange a new connection to the home line power line:

The entire system was examined by a local electrician and put into operation, the new meter is sealed. Special attention should be paid to the newly installed distribution switchboard. In it, besides the classic machines for the purpose of monitoring the quality of current and eliminate the effect of voltage surges on equipment consumers, we have established a protective relay VA-protectorAdapted to control voltage and load current. As shown mounted relays, power surges in the village range from 187 to 255, which of course is dangerous for working appliances. Accordingly, the permissible parameters were programmed as follows: the lower limit of the shutdown - 180 V, the upper - 240 V. Current limit is hard-coded and is 40A. In the photo below, you can see the distribution switchboard to set protective relays:

After wiring system was installed and put into operation, came the automatic pumping system arrangement of all meltwater and rainwater from the ground floor. Last year at this facility, we have been bombarded with a cellar on the ground floor (since the restoration of the walls is not seemed cost-effective for the customer) and installed mine drainage wells, serving as pit. Just from this mine and to the border area was undeveloped system of automatic pumping of melt and rain water. It represents it as follows: a shaft mounted drainage well pump with float-frog, and from him to the border line laid underground IPA with tap water in the drainage ditch. In order to prevent peremerzaniya tube, along its entire length of the heating cable is mounted, of which the power through thermostat with external temperature sensor, thereby allowing maximum economy consumption electricity. For ease of operation, the thermostat was set to a common distribution switchboard, and a sensor placed into the tube body in a location where freezing near the entrance to the ground floor.
