Finishing a country house (cottage). Part 1.

We present to your attention another photo report on which we performed work on the interior decoration of a country holiday house (cottage). This work is the first step in a comprehensive home decoration "turnkey" and included the laying of electrical, rough finish of the first floor of the house. Baseline data were as follows: constructively finished two-storey country house, with a well equipped baffles, heating systems, water supply, sanitation, and partly laid wiring. To preserve the logical sequence, below we list the main units of work performed on the decoration of the house, and then look at each block in more detail.

The task: Run interior trim private country holiday home. Stage rough finish, included the following main blocks of work:

- Installation of electrical wiring in the house. Wiring method outdoor, on existing walls, a corrugation, with fastening clips on;
- arrangement of floor screed, floor leveling for laying laminate. Laying laminate;
- Installation of drywall on the walls of the first floor of the house in 1 layer. Arrangement of window and door slopes. Installation of interior doors;

- furnish bathrooms "turnkey", including roughing, finishing, installation of sanitary ware;
- Installation and adjustment of terrestrial antenna;
- Installation of a temporary kitchen units.

Progress of works: So, here in the photo represented the object of work on the interior decoration of country home. Here is such a beautiful two-storey cottage:

Step 1. Wiring in a rustic country house.

To begin describe constructive walls. He represents something like SIP panels, ie the assembly within which was present a wooden frame with a polymeric insulation, and outside, the design LSU-clad sheet. Thus obtained plate, and of which the interior construction collected house walls.

Due to the fact that the work plan provided for the covering of walls with plasterboard, it was agreed the decision on the external wiring method for laying on existing wall structure. Laying implemented in corrugation, with fastening on the clip. Selection section of trunk cable and taps, carried out according to the planned power consumers. In short, the main cable provided 4 mm2, bends to 2.5 mm2 socket outlets for lighting 1.5 mm2. Power Unit (kitchen, boiler) are arranged in separate groups, with a cross section of the cable at least 4 mm2. Special attention should be paid to the assembly of electrical distribution panel. Given the instability of power supply in the villages of the Moscow region, in the assembly of electrical switchboards, we have developed and successfully applied the scheme, where there are several levels of protection against voltage surges (one of the options we told earlier), And the system for monitoring the quality of the supplied current and a load consumed vacation home. Looking ahead, we say that the gasket main electrohighways and taps to the future site of the installation of sockets and switches, the work was finished. Subsequently, we installed temporary overhead sockets and switches.

Step 2. Construction of floor screed, floor leveling for laying laminate. Laying laminate.

At this stage, the core list of works made standard: expanded clay, Beacons -> reinforcement -> coupler arrangement -> leveling floor for laying laminate, by arrangement of the inlet floor.

The main points on which I would like to draw attention - in the first place is that the heating pipes and water supply, in this case, were laid on the floor, so it was necessary to provide compensation for thermal expansion when work. Otherwise, there is a possibility of deformation or destruction of the screed laying in places these utilities. For this purpose, in all technological corridors were laid metal box within which heating water pipe and has a degree of freedom for longitudinal and transverse movements. Secondly, in the regeneration of the screed, it is imperative and the damper arrangement reinforcement fiefs on the perimeter as well as, subject to a large area (in this case, it is true), the division into sectors on which the borders are also necessary to provide a damper tape. After leveling the floor for laying laminate, on the perimeter of all rooms were mounted guide profile for the subsequent installation of plasterboard walls. When laying laminate, it is necessary to provide a technological gap compensating thermal expansions flooring (laminate) - just this gap and is counted from the guides mounted profiles. Looking at the photo below, we hope it will be clear what is at stake:

Here it is reasonable to proceed to the stage of installation of drywall on the walls, but in fact turned out somewhat differently. The fact that part of the work arose and consistent to carry out, so to speak "in the process." No exception, and phase of drywall installation. This work has been agreed to fulfill customer when laid had most of the floor covering (laminate) so we had to get out, to lay laminate flooring with a protective film, etc. Below, we give the photo the result of work on laying laminate:

Step 3. Mounting plasterboard walls of the first floor of the house in one layer. Arrangement of window and door slopes. Installation of interior doors.

The next stage of finishing inside the country house, was the installation of drywall on the walls. Stop here especially not on anything - everything is standard: the installation of the metal frame and the attachment to it of sheets of drywall. The only thing that I would like to draw the attention - is that by agreement with the customer, installation of gypsum boards was carried out in 1 layer, as well as in places of installation of the radiators provided for arrangement of the niches, which in fine finish will be closed with decorative grilles. Upon completion of installation of drywall on the walls, were carried out works on the arrangement of window and door slopes, as well as mounted interior doors. The result of these works, you can see in the photo below:

Step 4. Decorating a bathroom "turnkey", including roughing, finishing, installation of plumbing.

As part of this phase was provided following a complex repair and finishing works:

- arrangement of waterproofing;
- installation of partitions, hiding utilities. Let us explain: in the bathroom, on the floor, was equipped widest and high technology corridor heating pipes, water supply and sewerage, so we had to build this barrier. Also, be smart and design approach, we proposed a solution for the arrangement of decorative niches. Customer, this decision was agreed;
- assembling the walls bathrooms GOLS - gipsovolokonnyh sheet (not to be confused with plasterboard !!!);
- furnish bathrooms with ceramic tiles, underfloor heating installation under tiles;
- installation of sanitary equipment;
- slope construction and casings on the front door.

Step 5. Installation and adjustment of terrestrial antenna.

In parallel with the electrical wiring, contact was made stacking television cable and twisted pair for the subsequent maintenance home TV and the Internet. The problem was that the signal should be divided into seven connection points, and signal quality left much to be desired, since the house is located in one of the lowest places. To solve this problem, it was applied following a combined solution: First, we had to make the antenna to a height of about 5-5.5 meters above the roof of the house, as well as install and connect multiswitch - a device which performs the role of the amplifier and the divider signal, and can receive and divide the signal from both the ether, and from satellite antennas. Step 6. Mounting temporary kitchen units.

The final stage of work on the rough finish inside the country house, was the installation of kitchen units, drawing, installation of thresholds, at the junction of the laminate to a previously laid tile and some other finishing work. Detail to paint this work, we will not give only a photo:
