Today we describe the next stage of work performed by us - the construction of an extension to the framing lumber house, lined with brick.

The task: On the existing foundation, to perform construction framing extensions, including toilet and bathroom. Construction is due to be carried out "turnkey", ie comprise an outer, interior trim, arrangement of engineering systems (water supply, sewerage, sanitation, electrical), as well as installation plumbing.

So, first thing in the basement was waterproofed by laying roll welds and waterproofing, and then the construction of the overlap began:

The next step in the construction of an extension to the framing lumber house was the construction of roof system and a bunch of existing and new designs. Note that in most cases, insulation we do as follows: first, settling external steam waterproofing. Then, on the frame bearing walls, stuffed lath of 50x50 mm with a bar 600 mm, inside which the heater is laid "Penoplex", 50 mm thick. Then another layer of settling hydro- vterozaschitnoy membrane and all sheathed finishing material agreed with the customer (in this case was an imitation lumber). And only then we go in and carry out insulation of exterior walls on power beams frame. Thus obtained heat circuit minimizing the occurrence of thermal bridges and provides maximum heat retention because its thickness in total is 200 mm. Upon completion of the insulation frame and an annexe narzhnoy finish was the turn of interior decoration and arrangement of engineering communications, in which it was carried out the following:

- insulation of the floor and ceiling framing extension "PENOPLEKS" total thickness of 200 mm;
- wall insulation of force frame mineral wool "Rockwool" two layers, a total thickness of 150 mm;
- vapor barrier construction and cladding of OSB;
- arrangement of the floor inclination towards the sanitation ladder by mounting napralyayuschih;
- finishing of walls and ceilings (walls in the toilet extension and hallway are decorated with paneling, bathroom plastic panels. Ceiling, on the same principle - wall paneling and bathroom rack);
- mounted corner, floor, ceiling moldings. Installed interior doors and sills;
- made installation of engineering systems framing extension - water supply, sanitation, sewerage, electricity.
