Quest finished house

Something began to talk with the foundation, and in fact the start of something is not there! At first we were looking for a finished house, but buy something acceptable, appropriate to you, most likely, an impossible task. This track, paved with terrible repair, led us to the unfinished.

It was a small two-storey karkasnik on 15 acres. Location - perfect: 15 acres, to him nothing - an open field, a view of the mountain. But, as it turned out, the heating system has been defrosted, but because of the thin walls (half as thick as usual) would have to build another house around the existing one. In addition, the person pricing for mortgages, could not make it home to the desired amount. In general, the purchase was canceled. The only thing - we do understand that we want to land it in the Forest 2.

We chose the ground right next door and has already rubbing their pens - to know that we will build a small triangular house.

Design

We were lucky in our family a design engineer and a marketer. Well, the two dogs. So designed, I think we all do, relying on overseas projects.

Hand on heart, even without them know about what we need, and at home, these are two to three times more. However, the concept is still taken as the experience of living in a place we did not.

With the layout was a lot of questions - the constant postponement of the walls! We know a few things:

Intuitively, we did a good location relative to the sides of the world, well, it was with whom to consult:

- West Living, North – All business premises, East – kitchen and bedrooms, the kitchen in the morning to meet the dawn, the evening catching the last sun terrace after work and there too. At the expense of the bedroom to the East – an amateur. And if the Feng Shui, the south entrance to the house for the circulation of energy Qi. - I joked about our architect friend and part-Olya Rakhimov.

Especially a lot of the problems was with the stairs, so it takes a huge amount of space, and its at us and no stairs are not very many (or rather as long as necessary, but it must be a "budget" for meters). What we have in mind? Of course, sloping walls. Area on the floor - 74 m². In fact - it is difficult to guess.

At first we wanted to order a ready frame. But such ready-made designs are not so many, they do not always meet expectations, it is necessary to alter. And one more fact - we had a million at the start, we had to do everything step by step. Now we'd probably still ordered (proposed at the D-frame), but this is not accurate.

Search artists

After we gave up the finished project, we began to rapidly choose the format of the construction. There were two options - to hope for competence Miass guys and order assembly and the frame itself here in Miass. The second option - Vulture panel. Those who helped us at the time, suggested that the company Bellradom. By the way, with estimates of skeletons have been something like this:

I kept thinking - I intend to build a hut or take a million and a half and build a house?

In general, the boys were chosen Chelyabinsk with vulture-panels, the same Bellradom. Now we probably think a couple of days. At least that would unambiguously recalculated estimates. For example, when the panel brought fulvus, it appears that their squares is less than 35. But, you know, karma is the case - then they have miscalculated, and they will have to bring essentially all the incorporated panel.

The assembly of the box

Construction began very slowly. As it turned out - there was one object that was placed in the same time as us, so it was very, very long time. You know, we have such a professional joke: According to the project should be 2:00, but I'll be 2 weeks to assemble it to do, so that the term of execution - two weeks and 2 hours. And here: it was planned that each stage will be laid down for 2 weeks. As a result, the foundation stood for almost a month, which, in general, not bad, and then a couple of weeks the house was going under the roof.

Now we have collected a box, there are windows made by the roof, filled the floor, made with his own ladder and start finishing.
