When I go on the collective farm market, always buy fresh tortillas that are with me bake and take out from the crater of a huge tandoor. Visitors on weekdays, the market is very small, so was able to talk with someone who stands above tandyr and bake these wonderful cakes.
The seller told me a surprising thing that I did not even think before. Now I will explain why his remark about the use of tandoor interested me.

And we in the gazebo in the summer is often going to have roast barbecue, I do Fergana pilaf.
So, the seller said that when the owner is not expected, they buy meat and roasted in tandoor kebab, and sometimes, when I have time, baked leg of lamb. The owner categorically against such use tandoor where they bake bread, but... Who would tell him.
After such a story about barbecue and a leg of lamb, I am fired up to have a great tandoor and in their area. I have the benefit of a professional oven-builder, who took up the matter and made it a monumental structure.

And so, barbecue - 18 minutes, the foot (approximately 4.5 kg) is baked slightly less than 2 hours.
I assure you, not for a moment regretted that in my area there was a structure like a tandoor.
