Do not want to mow the grass and pick up trash? Say goodbye to the site!
The law "On Fire" made significant changes that are proposed to the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia. According to these edits a site owner is obliged to monitor his condition and to prevent the overgrowth of weeds and the accumulation of household waste.
In case of violation holder portion will be given a warning and a deadline for which they should be eliminated. If the violation persists, the local authorities shall refer the case to the court, which may decide to exempt the owner of the site.
After which the site will be sold at public auction (usually the price of such trades is much lower market), after which the entire amount received will be issued to the owner of the site, except for the expenses for the organization trading. Changes have not yet entered into force and are subject to change, more can be found at official website.
Is this good or bad?
On the one hand the law is quite common and is aimed to ensure that as few people suffered from fires can be. And on the grassy areas of the fire spread very, very well. It also motivates people to follow the appearance of the site, do not store garbage okashivat grass and so on.
But on the other side of the law opens up the possibility of profit scams and dishonest people. It is quite possible that someone will try to capture such a way alien plots to engage in extortion and other things. Therefore, it becomes a little scary if you imagine what some people are capable of ...
And what do you think - whether to adopt such a law, or it is useless and will bring nothing but harm? I'll be glad to talk on the subject in the comments, consider the situation from different angles.
