How to make a thin, uniform thickness strap with the help of a circular saw

In a recent article I wrote about one of the ways. View it can here. And in comments to it was a question that you need to get a lot of rails 3m 4mm thick (4 * 30 * 3000) with the least effort. For such work is more appropriate is another way and it will be discussed.

The essence of this method is to set the thickness of the rack stopper mounted on the other side of the blade than the rip fence.

It would seem why make things difficult when you can just cut on the rip fence. In fact, cut thin slats of uniform thickness on the rip fence is not just far away.

It's a device not only sets the thickness of the slats, but also presses the plaque against the rip fence and cut pieces on the disc moves freely.

This method is easy to implement and improvised means. For example to fix a suitable board on the other side of the saw blade at a desired distance.

Screw in the end need to adjust the thickness of the slats.

This emphasis needs to be fixed before the saw blade. Board abuts an edge in the screw from the other side it is fed parallel guide and fixed. Next, cut the rake.

And the sequence repeats. That is, each time moves parallel stop, board at the entrance to get squeezed from both sides, and the output of sawn rail freely moving away from the disc.
