As I was doing quick-guide line for cutting sheet materials

A couple of weeks ago I wrote a similar guide, which made Canadian blogger John Hayes

I liked the idea and I decided to do something similar.

From sheet materials often have to cut plywood with dimensions 1520h1520 mm. At this size and rests at the factory.

From the sheet 15 mm plywood cut two strips, and with the help of conveyers made them a quarter.

These slats glued to the base of 6 mm plywood so that the obtained T-shaped profile for the movable stop.

Since both the base and the narrow slats of equal length of 1520 mm, then glued with their displacement 100 mm for the installation with an eccentric clamp.

Further marked out and drank all the parts for this clip. (Photo posted in the gallery - you need to scroll to view)

It looked like it would work, and glued.

The movable clamp made of two parts: the bottom bar and fine fanerka top. Shkantami joined between themselves, and the base unit with a cam slot made by dowels to the clamp can be displaced.
