How to make a perfect circle on the circular saw.

Although the circular saw is not intended for cutting out parts of the radius, however this can be done.

You can use a simple device.

Take a scrap of plywood or chipboard. At one end is screwed rail, for which it will be possible to fix the device against the rip fence. Based on the set pin, which rotates the workpiece. The pin can be used as such as a nail.

The workpiece must first be cut close to the shape of a circle. This can be done jigsaw or even on this device, cutting in a straight angle workpiece, until it becomes like a circle.

Further, the rip fence is set so that the edge of the workpiece during rotation of the saw blade little cling. The device is fixed clamp against the rip fence. Then turn the saw and rotating the preform is partially trimmed circle.

To achieve the results may take a few times pododvigat workpiece to the saw blade. That is, it will need to make several passes.

The result is a perfect circle.

In this case the workpiece was drilled hole for the pin, but it is possible to make a circle and without holes. For this purpose the workpiece can be pasted on the turntable via double-sided tape.

This method is quite working. And if there is no other way to make a perfect circle, then in this way to make it real.
