How to make a hanger for clothes jigsaw machine
About a couple of months I broke another three open-end metal hook on the hanger for clothes. It was not the first to break the hook, and I thought it's time to replace.
When considering a replacement, I came up with the idea of making these hooks made of plywood using a jig machine.
To start job on the template. Wish that was pretty and practical, and that such a hook could be screwed anywhere.
After the pattern of development has started manufacturing.
Drank a basis for the hook, the hook itself and checked how it will stay.
It looked good, and by the force with which I apply pressure to the finger hooks, appeared confident that hack Useful.
Further sawed another pair of racks and hooks pasted into the ground.
And then I dropped all the old and broken hooks with hangers in the hallway and replaced them with plywood.
It's been a couple of months - normal flight. These hooks can be placed anywhere, even just a wall.
