From which to build a house, if you do this one? My choice.
This question is probably the most important, for the one who decided to build his house. Especially given the variety of building materials, which is now available on the market.
In addition, this option is complicated by the fact that everyone praises his goods, and competitors criticized.
And you do not know whom to believe more.
I based my choice on what time to read and see. Perhaps it's not perfect, but it's my decision, and I want to share what I had concerns.
It is now increasingly being used in my opinion in the construction of 3 items:
- aerated concrete
- Frame houses
- Houses made of wood (beams, logs)
And my choice was precisely among them.
But, to be honest, it was not long. Because the main criterion by which I choose - it is an opportunity to construction of the house.
you can build a house of aerated concrete or of these three options with their hands, or with a strong desire and even what some aides, on frame technology.
Just I want to say that it will express its amateurish opinion, but karkasniki not make me trust, nor on its reliability or durability. Their only advantage - the speed of construction(Which, at the same, is still a controversial issue) and the ability to immediately call in and do the interior decoration.
So that concrete, I immediately "put an eye."
And I want to say what I see in it advantages:
1. As already mentioned, I can do everything himself. Easy to use, handling and fitting.
2.lightweight materialThat foundation made without calculation, also a plus.
3. Warm material. Well, this is the correct choice of density and thickness.
4. Environmentally friendly. Although it is rather to self-persuasion. Because in the house, for sure, is not the most environmentally friendly materials will be used for decoration. But still, I think, a good climate in the house depends on this.
5.Non-flammable material. But this is a bold plus. Why? I think everybody understands ...
Of course there are also disadvantages, without any where:
Fragility and relatively low strength. Yes, to build a three-storey house made of aerocrete, I would have thought (though do and above) but one-floor - exactly fit. Just can Arise problems in order to "hang the shelf" in the house. But, as far as I know, there are fasteners that allow it to do.
