Somehow there was my interest in shiporezkam. Variants of such devices is quite a lot and each carry out its tasks.

Got me shiporezki option for the manufacture of studs and slots in the frame structure.

The device is interesting, but the price is perfect, in my opinion, inhumane - 111 870 rubles. Extra zeros I have not attributed. :)

And in the wake of this interest, I decided to try to make a similar device made of plywood.

The basic idea - to use it template guide for router and different templates.

Spike gets a single template, jack under it to others.

These templates allow fixed on thick details do double spikes.
