or immature green tomatoes - 2.5 kg;

water;

300 grams of carrot;

150 grams of sugar;

100 ml of vinegar 9 percentage;

3 tbsp. spoons heaped rock salt;

1 tbsp. teaspoon dry mustard;

Bay leaf;

ground black pepper;

sweet pea;

one capsicum (can mate);

head of garlic.

How to do: step by step guide

1. To prepare the salad you need to take immature or green tomatoes, wash them well under running water.

2. Cut the caps in all the fruits in the place of fastening the stalk.

3. Cut the tomatoes into small slices with a knife.

4. Onion peel and cut into half rings.

5. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater (better for Korean carrot).

6. Garlic peel and chili separated from the seeds, grind in blender.

7. Vegetables placed in a container (bowl) and add the sugar, vinegar, salt and mustard.

Instead, you can use mustard coriander.

8. Stir vegetables and salad leave infusion to 5 hours at room temperature. Cover the bowl. During this period, you need to mix the salad a few times, vegetables should let the juice.

9. Sterilize 0.5 liter cans and lids.

10. Decompose the bottom bay leaves (1-2 pieces in each jar) and sweet pea (3 pieces in a jar).

11. Top impose tight salad and pour vegetable oil in an amount of 1 tbsp. spoon on the bank.

12. Add on top of half a teaspoon of black pepper in each jar.

13. Pour the juice from the present capacity of the banks to the brim. If the juice is not enough for all the banks, you can add boiled water.

14. Cover the jars sterilized lids.
