Angle stop for conveyers own hands. Template protractor.

When I put a hand circular saw on the table and the table top made rails, then almost immediately there was a need in the crosscut fence (protractor).

This stop I decided to make their own hands.

First, I prepared and printed protractor template. Scale made of up to 70 degrees to the right and to the left, although these angles are likely not needed.

I stuck on the 8 mm plywood and immediately closed figure transparent tape.

A guide rail made of ash (can be done from any hardwood or plywood, as well as the metal)

Rail made in accordance with the profile, which is used in the table. The pivot point of the protractor pasted metal pin, and on the reverse side - at the place of fastening the locking ram - pasted nut.

First pin hole drilled from the edge of the protractor, and then I realized it would be so difficult for me to adjust the angle, so moved the pin by a centimeter.

Of the cut pieces of plywood cut and pasted a piece on the edge of the guide rail.

Next, it was necessary to adjust the protractor on the disk blade and apply the zero mark on the guide rail.

It remains to fasten the upright on the size of the protractor.

This brief is done in order to be able to fasten removable support rails.

I get comfortable and precise angle stop.
