Before you do milling in the legs it makes sense to saw blanks drawer side and make them milling.
Side-bar can be made from planks of 20 mm or furniture board. Pine board typically has a thickness of 18 mm.
Let me remind you that the side-bar to do the size of 220h70 and initially cut enough of them only in length - 220 mm, and after milling trim width. Wide billet mill will be more convenient.
When cutting height disk install a couple of millimeters greater than the thickness of the workpiece. So to cut a lot safer.
After cutting blanks for cylinder shells turn to their milling. Here I am using a small cutter Dovetail. The height of the cutter 10 mm, diameter 9.5 mm.
I install the cutter in the router and I adjust the height of the desk height cutter - 10 mm.
As a milling machine, I use hand-mill set in the table.
Lateral support of the router is set by the depth of the cutter blade. That is, the abutting face in the preform cutter knife and pushes abutment.
Initially, Fraser probe to check the setting.
If the blank test result differs from the planned, the setting is adjusted and checked again.
Depth turned out as it should.
Spike dovetail turned out as planned.
Now it is possible to mill all the blanks for cylinder shells.
Remind milled workpiece drawer side with the ends and sides. On drawings It is shown.
